Return policy: Refunds on unopened products are accepted within 30 days less a 15% restocking fee.

Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry. Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further instructions.
Shipping Policy
Plantation Herbals charges a $10.00 flat rate for shipping. We ship USPS priority mail.
All orders recieved before 10 a.m. EST will be shipped same day, all others will be shipped on the next business day. All orders are shipped 2-3 day priority mail, USPS.
We are able to ship orders within the USA ONLY at this time
Damaged Goods Policy
Please contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
